  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Be Beach Smart reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    - Please alert our customer service staff that your product is being shipped back, and state the nature of the problem. We have the right to refuse any non-authorized returns.

    - Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. No exception.

    - All damage and shortage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the delivery.

    - A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.

    - A request for an RMA number from our Customer Service must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order. Additional information including the return address will be provided to you once your request has been approved. By issuing you an RMA number, we assume that your return meets our guidelines.

    - All returns to us are at your own expense. We recommend that you use a service such as UPS that provides a tracking number and includes insurance. In addition, we must receive your return within 15 days from the date the RMA number was issued. (Including weekends)

    - Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a credit back to the original payment method. The credit will be for the amount of the product less gift options, promotional discounts and/or coupon codes and original shipping charges. The refund will be issued within 2 weeks from the date we receive the return and will appear within 1 - 2 billing cycles. You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.
